I liked the location and cleanliness it was a good hotel Staff were good. The barman Vedat was very helpful and kind as were the Reception staff Oktay, Sahsenem,Lokhan.

The location was ideal, within walking distance from beach, ferry, markets, Grand Market, Aminono, Blue Mosque

Staff were very helpfull & always with a smiley face. The location is excellent , close the tram Station & the metro only 3 minutes walk. Muzeffar at the reception was GREAT.

The staff were correct. The place was close to all points in the city. Breakfast was mostly OK. The cleaning was in order.

Perfect location, right in the middle of Laleli shopping area, also a walking distance to blue mosque, Hagia sofia and Grand bazaar. All the staff, from front office to the cleaners were just wonderful. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast has good variety for every mood. The lobby is a good place to chill for a tea/coffee/ice cream.

The location of the hotel was good in a central location int old city in Istanbul. Breakfast was buffet-style with an omelette and crepe station that was pretty good ! Staff were friendly and accommodating as well.
